Main Components: CO₂ tank, syrup tank, liquid level device, static mixer, storage tank, air supply tank, electrical control system, plus valves and piping for production and cleaning.
Basic Process:
1. Cool and pump water for oxygenation and CO₂ volume control.
2. Cool and pump syrup into the syrup tank for volume control.
3. Filter and regulate CO₂ pressure, then feed both streams through the static mixer to the filling tank.
