This electromagnetic induction sealing machine uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate instant high heat that melts the aluminum foil liner. The liner then bonds securely to the bottle opening, creating a hermetic seal that prevents moisture, leakage, and mold while extending product shelf life. It’s widely used for sealing packages in pharmaceuticals, pesticides, lubricants, cosmetics, and other industries.
*Working Principle*
The main unit sends a super-audio frequency current to the sealing head. The aluminum foil under the sealing head is electromagnetically induced, generating a high-frequency current that instantly raises its temperature. This melts the composite film on the foil, bonding it firmly to the bottle mouth.
